The Paper Patrol protects us from paper pollution!
The Gr R1, 2 and 3 learners are involved in a campaign to help them understand that they should not litter.
Two children from each class are on “duty” each day. They are expected to pick up any paper or other litter which they may find on the school grounds. They are encouraged to explain to other children that littering is not acceptable and that everyone should help to keep the school grounds clean.
Each Paper Patrol person is provided with a cap, an id card and a pincer to help with the picking up process.
The proud Paper Patrol pupils participate positively to produce a paperless place!
